I'm not an RF man, but I'm sufficiently fussy that "about 3 or 4 cm" doesn't
sound acurate enough.

I found this corner reflector design;

It uses a full 90degree corner, not the "about 6cm flat with ends bent in at
45 degrees". Any comments on what is better?

I'm taking pictures with my blurry-cam, for what they are worth. I will wiki
what I've got at the end of it all.

Looking at it, it seems to be sorta rubber coated, at least untill you get
to the bendy bit. As the gland seals it a fair way below the rubber coating,
I'm going to risk it and see how it lasts.
