[MLB-WIRELESS] reducing AP power

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that reducing the power on my
900AP+ from 19dBm (100%) to 10dBm (12.5%) has barely lost any signal bars
(wandering between 4/5 and 5/5) on my Avaya Gold card in all the normal
spots that I use my laptop. I had to double check with netstumbler that I
had actually reduced the power level.

Having done my bit to reduce the noise level in the neighbourhood, I have
one question - do the client cards also reduce their output so that they
only use enough power to reliably communicate with the AP, or is mine
shouting back at the whispering AP?

Cheers.
