Interesting little antenna.

The antenna uses a waveguide to channel the 18 Ghz signal from the slot
at the back in to the front of the antenna. This feed would be too small
for 2.4 GHz.

Looking at the reflector, if the current feed was removed and replaced
with a 2.4 GHz Dipole such as that on the front of the connifer, Hills,
or PacSat dishes, I would estimate that a 330mm reflector would give
around 15 to 20 dBi gain (allowing for the guide). Someone else may be
able to give a better estimation.
