[MLB-WIRELESS] Permanant price drop on cards

Hi Folks,

As a result of securing a new source of cards (same Enterasys cards as
last time), prices are being dropped as follows.

Melbourne Wireless Members =  $50 per card
Non - MW members = $55 per card

This represents a real saving of $10 per card.

There is no change to pigtails, postage and the urgent rate ($75 per
card).
