[MLB-WIRELESS] Ricoh 5C475II PCMCIA --> PCI cradle

I've got one of these in a Gigabyte GA-5AX mobo which is PCI 2.1 (i
think...i know it's NOT 2.2) and it's running fine.  seems like it might be
a bit of hit and miss w/ respect to which mobo's work and which don't.
