If you get a strong enough signal, there
is the possibility of intermodulation distortion.
Basically the strong out of band (UHF) signal
overloads the receiver input causing it to
operate in a non-linear region, in turn
distorting any received in band (2,4GHz) signals.

How strong does the out of band signal need to
be to cause this? It depends on lots of things
including antenna gain and receiver design.
