[MLB-WIRELESS] Cisco BR500e Issues help needed.

Have a question we are using a BR500e and have 4 users attached to it
via enterasys cards.  However when playing Q3 we seem to get lag of 40
to 60 with all players in game except for the 1 who started the server
and also the guy who is closest to the ap also has ping of 20 so ping
list looks like this

 

Friend 1 = 0 ping hosting Q3

Friend 2 = 20 ping he is closest to Br500e

Friend 3 = 40 ping myself further away from ap then Friend 2

Friend 4 = 48 ping he is a little further away then myself

 

I understand that Friend 2 will have better ping due to the fact that
his signal is stronger.

 

However we do experience timeouts as well sometimes when gaming only Q3
thinking the Ap cant handle it (CS plays fine).  Its not a signal issue
have checked that everyone has excellent signal all using 25dbi antenna
to connect to 10dbi omni connected to br500e AP.  Wondering if there are
some settings in the AP I can change or something any help would be
appreciated.
