[MLB-WIRELESS] OT smb

howdy all

just got a small problem trying to mount a smb share from one linux box
to another

[matthew at carltoncold init.d]$ /usr/sbin/smbmount //192.168.1.1/matthew
/home/matthew/vb/
Password:
smbmnt must be installed suid root for direct user mounts (500,500)
smbmnt failed: 1


thats the error i get, anmy ideas ??? i cant mount it from fstab upon
boot, it hangs, 

if there is an entry for it in fstab, i can mount it as root, but i want
it mounted as matthew, my username

any thoughts guys
