For my money, get

"Internetworking with TCP/IP"
"Vol 1; Principles, Protocols, and Architecture"
Douglas E. Comer
Prentice-Hall

It is a very easy book to read - that I still keep at hand after having
it for 10+ years.

Vol 2 and 3 cover more advances stuff like protocol stack design and
servers, etc

Cheers

Rob

Subject: [MLB-WIRELESS] Book on TCP/IP?

Hi,

Can anyone out there recommend a book that explains TCP/IP and routing?
I have a rough idea of what's going on, learnt mostly through trial and
error. I'd like to learn some of the underlying principles and theory,
preferably without too many long words. :)

Dan
