Kudos to the WAFreenet guys for trying something new. I'm no expert on
routing/traffic control, but it seems to work on a token-ring type system, where
the central AP hands a 'token' to clients for a specified amount of time to
allow them to transmit, thereby reducing collisions and congestion on the AP.

runs as a user up under linux and uses the QUEUE feature of IPTables...
