Well, I don't think work would let me call that a study day... unless
anyone's got a bunch of Win2k DCs they want set up.... then I might be able
to organise something! ;)

The weather is indeed great! If only we weren't all inside sitting at PCs
reading a mailing list. That's it - Get outside and raise an antenna or
something people!

Has anyone noted that the letter really did appear to be a standard form
letter sent out to a company/etc who are doing things with
broadcasts/telco/etc? Frankly, I'd say the group that sent it has no bloody
clue what MW does, why it exists, who it is, what it does, etc.

Someone, somewhere, has been told to send these letters out to everyone and
MW is on the list OR someone just found out it exists and sent off the
standard form.

We've all run around clucking about it but realistically, it's something
that committee/president need to handle (as has been noted previously) by
first calling these people up and asking "why have you sent us this
letter?" The answers could be most enlightening/amusing... :)

I wouldn't be surprised to find the person mentioned on the letter goes
"Who's Melbourne Wireless???" :)

Cheers,

Grant
