[MLB-WIRELESS] TIB Ricoh PCI CARD Update

Ok Guys,

I spoke to Paul and Nick on Friday night and the additional payment that is
required for the cards is to be paid when you pick up your cards.  According
to the time frame given this will more than likely be the next wireless
meeting.
