[MLB-WIRELESS] A PDF most might want to flick through...

The reason I posted to the lists regarding this and not just you personally,
is that if the material shown on the site was actually in violation of
copyright laws, then any of our members that saved a copy, or printed the
PDF file, would also be in violation of the copyright laws. It was not an
attempt to "take the piss" out of anything.

My position as President is to try and protect the members of Melbourne
Wireless as much as possible, and if this means that a copy of a PDF they
downloaded believing that it was legit when it was posted causing a
copyright violation is part of, what I believe, to be my duty.

On the other hand, if you have permission to post the PDF file from the
author or the publisher, then the members will be left without a doubt as to
if the copy they have is legitimate.

If you have any queries regarding this email, please post them to me
DIRECTLY, as I believe we have used enough list traffic to get this matter
sorted out and do not require any more mail going to the list to sort this
matter out.

Signed,
Steven High
President - Melbourne Wireless
