[MLB-WIRELESS] new freenetworks.org site

from Ken Caruso: "Ok well after a decent amount of mucking around on myslef and Matt's
part, The new http://freenetworks.org site is online. This has been talked about for a
while however the primary motivation was to get it ready in time for the
Emerging Tech conference. It runs scoop ( http://scoop.kuro5hin.org) of
http://kuro5hin.org fame.

One of the main features is that user submitted stories get voted on by
users of the site, once the vote threshold is reached the story gets
posted to the either the front page or the page for its corresponding
section (option when you vote). Certain users or groups can have autopost
privs in each section.
