Err, not to get too narky, but your parking ticket is unrelated to the
meeting, really.

good idea.

okaaaay. maybe. perhaps.

Good.

Yes.

AAAARRGGHHH!!!!!! LEGAL ISSUES!!!!!!!

I propose we keep it as ad-hoc as possible for as long as possible. We might
be so large that we need a formally incorporated structure, but then, it might
not, and I for one would rather keep it as unorganised as possible for the
time being.

I'm cool with that. I'm assuming they are cool for that. I certainly don't
want to start paying people for things they do here, although covering costs
is okay. As in expenses, not time. Money tends to distort things in really
horrible ways, I've found.

Not at all.
Shouldn't all "members" contribute what they can, to make the project grow as
well as possible, without expecting some reward (other than brownie points and
street cred)?

Is it?

As one of the guys who started this, I'm very opposed to unneeded
organisation, fee collecting and money-lobbing.

Interesting idea, not sure we need all of it, greed breeds mean deeds, to
quote a footpath, and where there's money greed wanders in.

Hell, talk to anyone who has been involved in Down To Earth, for one.

Remember, this *could* get very large, at which point serious money is
sloshing around, if fees are being collected.
