Yes.  It's a shame this stuff doesn't just have a 19V input on it which you 
could bung up the unused ethernet pair.  Mind you, being such low power 
there might be a market for small PSUs which power this sucker....  from 
12-48V ;)  That way you could run it in your car truck or boat.

I don't think anyone should consider running 240V up a mast to power an ATX 
supply because it's damned dangerous, probably illegal and dodgy to boot.
