no chance.... you will not get ANY wireless equipment that will put out 1W
without using an external amp...

the max you will get is about 200mW found on a few exotic (and expensive)
brands...

Why do you need 1W? 100mW into 24dbi cards can cover 14km+ at 11mbps....
