YES... this will happen when running NetStumbler because it is changing
channels every couple of seconds to check all channels.

It will also happen on a weak connection where the client manager
attempts to find a stronger signal.

If it is the later you can fix it (under XP anyway) by setting the
client to only connect "to this network".
