[MLB-WIRELESS] More NodeDB changes

Hello Clae,

erm, technically NodeDB.com does display this in the drop down,
however the SQL queries to calc this are inaccurate over larger
distances and the distance displayed on the elevation cross section is
accurate... If people want this displayed similar to locfinder it can
be implemented, my biggest problem is where would the most apt spot
for it to fit in be...
