Well, I had mine in and out a few times before I realised it worked the
other way up, and I didn't break anything :) Also, on one of mine, the
transistor with the heatsink attached (I think that's what it is - some
sort of IC maybe) that is supposed to be soldered to the main metal
plate on the board for heat dissipation came undone - A few minutes with
a soldering iron seemed to fix it, so no harm done - but if anyone gets
what appears to be heat related problems, take a look at that.
