[MLB-WIRELESS] Nodedb Cull

Seems like a good suggestion.  I reckon inactive 3 months, grace one 
month.  OTOH once someone has got a stable, active node, they may not 
need to update their node page very much.

Of course this would all need to be automated, otherwise it's going 
to be someone's royal PITA.

Is it possible at this stage to harvest all the email addresses from 
the nodes and do a mailout/survey?
