[MLB-WIRELESS] pcmcia adapters in nt4

Hi all I was wondering had anyone got the élan pci cradle from tib working in nt4. I have had it working in windows me and Linux on this machine ( gigabyte ga-6ea Celeron 300 128 meg ram ) but need to be able to bridge between my wired and wireless land and do not have the necessary skills at this point for Linux. Any ideas would be appreciated.
