[MLB-WIRELESS] Setting Up

Most discones would be about as good as a piece of wet string. They're not
designed to go up to 2.4 GHz and the hub is probably not machined to fine
enough tolerances.

Most discones are designed for up to 1.3 GHz and have about the gain of a
dipole at most (around 2dB) in their optimal frequency range.
