Not sure.  It depends on the glass.  If it's coated with a reflective or 
antiglare material or leaded then you will run into trouble.  At my old 
work we were testing a 2.7GHz radar panel and we got much better results 
when we took it on the roof rather than shoot it out the tinted glass (of 
the window next to the test bench) which appeared to attenuate things.
