[MLB-WIRELESS] Terrain and propagation modelling

I remember software like this that ran on linux at the mobile division 
of telstra.

Also http://www.opengis.org would be a good place to work on.

My firends and I though of writing this due to the terrian we live in ( 
dandenongs) and would be good to find line of sight.
