[MLB-WIRELESS] Fitzroy Tower update

Don't know if this is a good suggestion or not, but I walked past the 
Fitzroy Town Hall yesterday. Its got a clock tower thats probably close 
to the same height as the Antenna mast and pretty much next door to the 
mast. Advantage being that there is *probably* access to a place antenna 
and AP could be located without the antenna mast issues.
