ok cool. I was thinking more along the lines of "aiming Magnetic radiation
to one focal point!"

my friends thoughts were "is it going to make me sterile?" :)   (he was
just recently married!)

I think its just an overly paranoid warning to keep it well away from
wires,
it obviously is going to shock you if you touch it to wires. I very much
doubt being 'near'
is going to have any affect other than make it much more likely for it to
come
into contact with the wires.
