[MLB-WIRELESS] Duplicates & slow list

How about an MTA with a better queuing/delivery system than sendmail. Qmail
at least allows parallel delivery and gives each message its own retry
schedule. Sendmail processes its queue serially so if it is delivering to a
slow host every message behind it gets held up.
