Logically, yes. If they are all on the same wired network backbone, they
should all bridge DHCP requests from a single server, so it wouldn't
matter which "cell" it is connected to.

AFAIK, If you're doing it over a wider area and using spanning tree,
other issues are created and while it may work, it would not scale and
performance is reduced.
