[MLB-WIRELESS] IP Addressing

Interesting article in "Mobile & Wireless News", March 25 2002.  Titled
"Noise Pollution hits WIFI", it mentions the problems of increasing outdoor
usage of wireless networking.

It makes mention of some operators using illegal amounts of antenna gain,
and the ACA taking action to deal with these people.

It has 2 implications for us:

1.  Effects on the range between WLAN nodes (don't expect miracles!).
2.  Make sure we stay legal, because the ACA may investigate if there's
enough complaints.
