[MLB-WIRELESS] Solar power for access point

Not sure on the cost of the solar panels, but the other stuff seems over 
inflated.  We pay less that $100 for 50aH gel-cells, a batt reg circuit from 
joe-bloggs-electronics should be $20 plus make it up, and you can make the 
regulator 9v in the same circuit.  Theres $350 off!
