<not taking the piss out of ya, i just reckon it's funny that
microsoft treats the user like an idiot... the poor bloke at the other
end of it then is left in the dark as to what is actually going on>

Ahh, a dead-giveaway of an m$ outlook user :)
quick check... yep :)

>> X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.50.4522.1200
>> X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V5.50.4522.1200
Outlook is a quirky piece of software, with features tacked on over
five odd years, without a rewrite.. and it shows :)
FYI, most other mail clients show not only the Address Book name of
the sender and recipient, but their email address in the From: and To:
fields. (ie, everyone that gets your mail also receives your email
address*)

re: the br500, how did ya find it to use? I got a couple of older
aironets (2Mb TMA) and their interface is menu based, but quite
comprehensive. Did the 500 have lotsa good stuff to tweak?
The arlan was grouse, i found a hidden debug menu and a hidden factory
menu that lets ya set any 2.4g ISM channel set you want.. including
2484 mhz which is outside the aus band; nice for hiding from
wardrivers :)

cheers
