stick it all on yahoo groups, i run a mailing list there. although it
occasionally glitches, it makes admin a lot easier;  users admin their pwn
accounts through a web page, and you have the option of being sent
individual mails, a daily digest, or reading from the web archive.  there's
space for file uploads, links, a group calendar etc etc etc
