[MLB-WIRELESS] There is a *massive* radio transmitter on my r oof - any chances?

Hiring a cherry picker seems like the safest and easiest option.

If it really is ~20m high then im not sure if you would be allowed to
operate it yourself without a  certificate of competency.

kennards have a couple but the biggest was 14m high.

Hehe, would be one hell of an erection party. ;-)

I'd be a bit wary of the height of the tower, might cause some safety
issues, but one would have to have a look at how it's all put together.
