[MLB-WIRELESS] Mystery Antenna

Sorry, didnt see your other questions. It was used by Galaxy to rx pay (?!)
tv in melb and other cities. In is 23?? mhz to 24?? mhz, down converted was
126 mhz to 443 mhz. If you wanted to use this just for video you might be
in luck. If your 2.4 ghz video tx just upconverts the baseband, then youll
be able to use this to feed you signal straight into a tv or video to watch
it. Otherwise if you want to convert it to a straight dipole for wlan its a
bit harder than http://www.qsl.net/n9zia/wireless/page04.html suggests. The
pac mono is a solid bit of alloy with the pcb on it. It can be done but not
easy to fit lmr 400 or 9913 past the alloy right up to the dipole. Another
factor is that the production passive dipoles have a slightly different
dipole design compared to these. Yes they still work , just not as good.
