[MLB-WIRELESS] yarra community grant

For anyone in or near the city of yarra (
http://www.yarracity.vic.gov.au/area/melb.htm ) they are offering community
grants "to support community-building initiatives, which improve the quality
of life of Yarra residents." What better to improve the quality of life than
free broadband? :) I don't have the energy to head up a proposal, if someone
wants to do this, I'd be interested to hear about it.
