It's the same problem I posted a while ago <a href="https://lists.wireless.org.au/pipermail/kernel-xen/2013-March/000168.html">https://lists.wireless.org.au/pipermail/kernel-xen/2013-March/000168.html</a> (xen-pcidev compiled as a module). Please change CONFIG_XEN_PCIDEV_BACKEND from "m" to "y". Thanks.</div>
