I figured out that this problem is not kernel-xen related. When I disabled IOMMU in BIOS, kernel boots fine. I want to have IOMMU enabled to use VGA PCI passthrough, but I guess it's a problem to solve on another mailing list ;)<br>

Maybe try pulling down the SRPM and looking to see if you can see
anything wrong there with the modules for that particular card. If
