[kernel-xen] Removing Xen 4.2 from repos

Hi all,

I'm thinking of removing the Xen 4.2 packages from the repositories.
From my logs, it seems they are still installed fairly often - but have
been EOL and unsupported for at least 16 months.

That being the case, there's an almost certain chance that there are
known security exploits in the wild against these packages - and I think
that the inconvenience of someone having to look up where they went and
why they're not available anymore is probably better than still making
known bad packages available.

The documentation on my install guide[1] has only mentioned Xen 4.4, 4.5
or 4.6 for a long time.

Anyone on the list got any thoughts about this one way or another?
