Use the ^ and v keys to select which entry is highlighted.
Press enter to boot the selected OS, 'e' to edit the
commands before booting, 'a' to modify the kernel arguments
before booting, or 'c' for a command line.

Will boot selected entry in 1 seconds

Started domain vm606 (id=141)
                             [root at xenhost06 vm606]#

And exiting.

Sure, you can use 'yum downgrade xen' to go back to 4.1.2 - however I have
not been maintaining these and they contain quite a few known security
vulnerabilities. As such, I certainly would not run them.

If you run "xm create blah -n", does it throw any syntax errors or such?

What do you get when you attach the console straight away using 'xm create
blah -c'?

Pasting the entire debug output doesn't really gain much - as there is
usually not much in the way of output that is helpful if the DomU won't even
start.

I'm also wondering if you may have better luck on the Ubuntu forums for
other people running Ubuntu under Xen. There may even be people on this list
that have more experience than me running Ubuntu...

I'd also suggest looking through this:
	http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Xen_Common_Problems

Personally, I wouldn't run a pre-made image sourced from somewhere else
either - but thats just me....
