[kernel-xen] Possible libvirt compile fix against Xen 4.2.0

Disregard. It seems to still be broken a lot when it comes to libxl 
support. It seems the libvirt crowd still have a lot of work to do.

Even the latest git checkout doesn't compile against Xen 4.2 as yet.
