- Update to kernel 3.6.7
- Xen specific fixes:
   - xen/mmu: Use Xen specific TLB flush instead of the generic one.
   - xen/gntdev: don't leak memory from IOCTL_GNTDEV_MAP_GRANT_REF
- Enabled OPENVSWITCH module (See http://openvswitch.org/)
- Added kernel-xen-firmware dependency to kernel-xen to make sure we 
have firmware available for some ethernet cards if no kernel-firmware 
package is already installed.
