Maybe I'm a bit ignorant in not knowing this, but what equipment does
GHO run these days - and is Craigieburn (node AAC) too far north of the
beamwidth?

Theres zero possibility of getting to the CBD from where I am if the
node in the city is still operational, but GHO *may* work.

The routerboards have enclosures?

I just realise now that its been too many years since I really took
notice of what is going on in the wireless world ;)
