<DIV>These transmitters usually only transmit once per minute or so. If it has a LED on it this will flash too.</DIV>
<DIV>They usually have a reset button on the back (maybe under the battery cover) which you can press to see if it is physically working but as mentioned you would need a spectrum analyser or similar to test it properly.</DIV>
