Best to read the fine print.  I believe there are a range of obligations, to
meet things such as accountability, to allow law enforcement appropriate
access to records and traffic, I believe we have to join the TIO scheme.  To
be honest, I don't know if I can really be bothered for a hobby...

Obviously, if I was doing it as a business, the answer would be a no
brainer.
