Just managed to get it back, for some reason all the wired network/hub ports locked up, port lights on solid no matter if there was a cable plugged in or not and from the laptop end it looked like there was no cable atttached.
<br>Took me a while to realise that the wireless side of the thing was in better shape and I was able to log in and connect to the admin web page with that and I just did a factory reset and everything (on first inspection) looks shiny with dd-wrt now.
<br><br>Apart from that the only issue I had was figuring out the default username and password for dd-wrt is root and admin. Even though the docs I could find indicated that you leave the username box blank. Might have just been a browser issue.
