The auto allocation of the IP addresses via webpage like the one below has been raised and hasn't been done mainly because the guys on the routing working group are either crap at php/cgi scripts (ie me) or they've been pretty busy (probably everyone else). The actual format that Geelong are using looks very familiar as well (there are a couple of templates available), I think the guys who wrote the thing originally might be the spanish group??? Anyway, getting a copy of it would probably be easy. If nobody else has done anything in the next couple of weeks, I'll give it a shot about that time. In the meantime, if people want IP addresses, you could try and email the routing and addressing working group and asking. There was a wiki page listing IP addresses people are using ( http://melbourne.wireless.org.au/wiki/?AllocationOfIPNumbers ) but it might not have been updated in a long while. Read the addressing pages and attempt to reserve some numbers. please note :We won't hand out ridiculoulsy large allocations to anyone without a really good reason. If your not intending to attempt to run 24/7 and a routing node then you probably won't get a 172.16.x.x address.
