Definitely upgrade to a more recent version, such as 0.11b or 0.12b.

It's very easy to do if you're using kernel pcmcia support - see 
http://ii.net/~mpot/wireless/router.cgi#orinoco_cs for info on upgrading 
your orinoco_cs driver.
