Something has got to be done about the node list. I know of at least three people in my area who don't respond to emails. One guy who isn't interested in joining melbwireless (more interested in getting a single link up with his mate down the road ay). I don't even bother looking at the node list for people to connect to anymore, it seems pointless. Perhaps "inactive" nodes could be moved to a separate list. As for the people who are out of the country for 6 months.... What the hell is the point of having a node listed for a place thats not operational and where there is no work going on to make it so. Throw in a few choice phrases (starting with f and c words) about the amount of noise on the nodedb and that finishes this rant.
