<br>and my 2c - i've been involved with the Clan Analogue electronic arts
collective for quite a while now and the model we seem to have settled
down to is:
<p>yes, have a chairperson to tell people to shut up so others can speak,
yes have a written agenda (gets quickly written down at the start of the
meeting during the casual warmup phase), and get somebody to take minutes
and email them back onto the mailing list after the meeting (this is a
pain but its helpful, particularly for facts and figures).
<p>apart from that the meetings are very casual and anybody can talk about
what they want to raise in any format they see fit. just a thought,
the clan-an meetings seem to flow _reasonably_ productively.
